My practice, Elevate Mind N Motion, was born from a simple but profound realization: traditional talk therapy is a powerful tool, but it is rarely enough to heal the whole person.

I have always believed that we are integrated beings having a physical experience. One cannot thrive without the care of the other. This isn’t just a clinical theory for me; it is a lived reality. As a former 3-sport varsity athlete and an individual who remains committed to health and fitness, I have experienced firsthand the undeniable correlation between the mind and the body. When my mindset was clouded by pressure or self-doubt, my physical performance suffered. Conversely, when I engaged in identifying how that stress was stored in my body, I was able to allow for a release that led to genuine connection and growth.

From my eight years in the mental health profession, I have seen that true elevation requires a bridge between our internal world and our physical reality. We are not just talking heads on a screen; we are integrated systems.
